Where is kidney located in your body?

My mom was talking about kidney health today and I realized I actually don't know where they are. I know they're important organs, but exact location ka idea nahi hai.

Don't worry if you don't know exactly, it's not something everyone talks about daily! Kidneys are in your lower back, one on each side of your spine, below your rib cage. I once thought my backache was kidney pain and totally freaked out, but it was just muscle strain. So, it's good to know where they are, but don't panic unnecessarily!

Kidneys are pretty essential for filtering toxins, so gotta keep them healthy! They're located in your lower back, one on either side of your spine, just beneath your last few ribs. Staying hydrated and a balanced diet with good protein helps them function best. Not preachy, just practical.

The human kidneys are located in the retroperitoneal space, essentially in your lower back, one on each side of the spine, protected by the lower ribs. They are vital organs. If you have specific concerns about your kidneys or feel any pain in that region, please consult a medical professional for accurate advice.

Kidneys are situated in your lower back, on either side of your spine, tucked under your lowest ribs. For someone managing diabetes like me, kidney health is super critical. We have to be extra careful with sugar intake and listen to the doctor's advice on diet and hydration to protect them.

Haan na, kidneys apne lower back mein hote hain, ek left side aur ek right side, ribs ke neeche. Exactly jahan apni kamar thoda upar aati hai. Bohot important kaam karte hain filter karne ka. Take care of them.
