Where do pregnancy cramps occur?

I'm in my first trimester and have been feeling some cramping. My doctor said it's normal, but I'm still a bit worried. I just want to know where exactly these pregnancy cramps usually occur in the body.

With any pregnancy, monitoring your blood pressure is so important. Make sure to regularly check with your gynaecologist about everything, including any cramps. Better safe than sorry.

I don't have personal experience with this, but my sister had some cramps during her pregnancy. Her doctor told her it's sometimes normal but always good to check with them to be sure.

Oh, I remember panicking over every little twinge when I was pregnant! Light cramps can be normal as your body stretches, especially in the lower abdomen. But please, always, always confirm with your gynaecologist. They know best.

Gentle activity like a short walk, if approved by your doctor, can sometimes help with mild discomfort. But for any cramps during pregnancy, consult your doctor immediately. They'll tell you what's safe.
