When were ultrasounds invented for pregnancy?

I'm expecting my first baby and had my first ultrasound recently, it was such a special experience. It made me wonder, when were ultrasounds invented for pregnancy? It's amazing that we can see the baby so clearly.

Bhai, these ultrasounds have been around for a few decades now, making pregnancy much safer. Earlier, people just relied on God's grace. It's a good thing to have technology for peace of mind.

I remember getting my first ultrasound for my son; it was such a magical moment. The technology really took off in the 70s-80s, making it more accessible. It's a practical way to ensure everything is alright with the baby.

Ultrasound technology for medical use, including pregnancy, began to be developed in the mid-20th century, particularly from the 1950s onwards. It allowed for non-invasive monitoring of fetal development, which was a huge step. Always go to a trained sonographer for your scans.

Ultrasounds are a common part of pregnancy now, but they're still a relatively modern invention. It's great how much they help doctors keep an eye on the baby. Just follow your doctor's schedule for scans, that's important.

I can't pinpoint the exact invention date, but I know when I was pregnant, ultrasounds were completely normal and a reassuring part of the process. It's incredible to see your baby inside. Definitely trust your doctor about when and how many to get.
