When to tell employer of pregnancy?

I'm pregnant and it's still very early, but I'm thinking about work arrangements and maternity leave. What's the recommended time to inform my employer about my pregnancy?

It's a personal decision, but many women wait until they are past the first trimester, around 12-14 weeks. This gives you time and stability before sharing the news professionally.

Dekho, pehle apni health aur baby ki safety. Usually, after 3 months, when things are more stable. Then you can tell your employer. It gives you time to plan, and them time to adjust. No need to rush it, okay?

Haan, this is a big one na! Most people wait till after the first three months. That way, if there are any complications early on, you don't have to deal with the office drama too. But if your work has any physical risks, then maybe sooner. Talk to HR if you can.

While there's no strict rule, most medical professionals advise waiting until after the first trimester (around 12-14 weeks) when the risk of miscarriage significantly decreases. Your doctor can also advise if there are any work-related risks that require earlier disclosure.

Hey sweetie! Don't stress too much about this. Most people wait until they're past the first trimester, like around 12-14 weeks. It's totally your call, but that gives you a bit more peace of mind and time to think. Sending hugs!
