When to take probiotics for weight loss?

I've started going to the gym and my trainer suggested probiotics for overall gut health, but also mentioned it might help with weight loss. Should I take them before, after, or with meals for the best results, especially for losing weight?

Probiotics aren't a direct weight loss pill, boss. They help gut health, which indirectly can aid metabolism. Best to take them with food, usually breakfast, for better absorption. Don't expect magic though.

I started taking probiotics after a course of antibiotics and it really helped my digestion, which felt lighter. My doctor said it's good to take them in the morning on an empty stomach or with a light meal for best effect. It's more about gut balance than instant weight loss.

Ha ha, if only probiotics were a magic wand for weight loss, we'd all be size zero! They're more for gut happiness. Take them when your tummy feels off or if your doctor recommends. It's like sending tiny little helpers to your digestive system!

Probiotics support gut health, which is key for overall wellness, including digestion and potentially weight management. I take mine with my first meal of the day. Remember, regular exercise, like a good walk, and a balanced diet are still primary for weight loss, consult your doctor too.

Probiotics for weight loss, eh? Sounds like another one of those things I tried and my tummy said 'thank you' but my weighing scale just yawned. My doc said morning with food is good. But don't ditch the walking, that's the real hero!

Hey yaar! Probiotics are good for your tummy, but honestly, don't stress too much about them being a direct weight loss solution. Just incorporate them as part of a healthy routine. Maybe with breakfast? And chill, okay?

As someone managing diabetes, I'm careful about what I consume. Probiotics are generally good for gut health, but for weight loss, it's about proper diet and exercise. If you're considering them, discuss with your doctor, especially about any added sugars in probiotic drinks.
