When to start sleeping on side pregnancy?

I'm in my first trimester and usually sleep on my stomach. Someone told me it's not good to sleep on your back during pregnancy, so when should I start making sure I only sleep on my side?

It's generally recommended to start sleeping on your side, especially the left side, from the second trimester onwards. But please confirm with your gynaecologist. They know your specific health condition and can give the best advice for you and the baby.

Jaise BP control ke liye position matter karti hai, waise hi pregnancy mein bhi. Doctors bolte hain second trimester se side pe sona shuru kar dena chahiye, khaas kar left side pe. Isse blood flow accha rehta hai. Regular checkups mein ye sab confirm kar lena zaroori hai.

Just like how I have to be careful with my thyroid levels and checkups, pregnant women need to be careful with sleeping positions. Usually, from the second trimester, sleeping on your side, especially left, is advised. Always follow your doctor's instructions to ensure good blood flow to the baby.

Little sister, after your first trimester, around 20 weeks, it's a good idea to start sleeping on your side. Left side is generally preferred for better blood circulation to the baby and your kidneys. If you find it tough, use pillows for support, it really helps. Don't worry too much, you'll get used to it.
