When to start kick counts in pregnancy?

My sister-in-law keeps telling me to pay attention to my baby's movements. I'm in my second trimester, and I want to know when it's the right time to start properly counting those kicks, na?

Mere saath toh doctor ne bola tha last trimester mein. Around 28 weeks se. But everyone's pregnancy is different, so it's always best to ask your own gynaecologist. They know your case the best.

See, in a good hospital, they always tell you to start kick counts from about 28 weeks. But it's crucial to ask your doctor directly for precise instructions – how many kicks, in what time frame, and when to be concerned. Don't rely on general info.

My doctor said 28 weeks. It's pretty standard. Just pick a time when your baby is usually active, like after dinner, and start counting. If there's any significant change in activity, just call your doctor right away.

Haan, main bhi 7th month se count karti thi. Bahut simple hai. Just lie down ya aram se baith ke baby ke movements note karo. Helps a lot to stay connected with the baby and also alerts you if kuch gadbad lage. Always good to discuss the method with your doctor.

Waise toh sab bolte hain 7th month se karo, jab baby thoda active ho jaata hai. Par please, yeh bahut serious cheez hai, apne doctor se hi poochna. Koi bhi kami lage toh turant hospital jaana chahiye. Don't take risks with baby's health.

Most doctors recommend starting kick counts around 28 weeks. It helps you get to know your baby's normal movement pattern. Just find a quiet time, usually after a meal, and count how long it takes to feel 10 movements. If it takes too long or patterns change, call your doc.
