When to drink raspberry leaf tea pregnancy?

I'm pregnant with my first baby and heard about raspberry leaf tea being good for delivery. When is the right time during pregnancy to start consuming it? Don't want to start too early or too late.

Oh god, this is one of those things that makes me overthink so much! I read about it everywhere, but then I get scared. Is it safe? What if it's too early? Please, for peace of mind, just ask your doctor. Don't stress yourself out like me. Your doctor will give the best, most reassuring advice.

Hey! So I heard about this tea too from some friends. From what I remember, it's mostly for the last trimester, like when you're almost due. It's supposed to help with contractions. But seriously, double-check with your gynaecologist, they'll know exactly what's right for you.

Raspberry leaf tea is often discussed in relation to late pregnancy, usually to prepare the uterus for labor. While it's a natural product, pregnancy is a sensitive time. It's always prudent to consult your gynaecologist before introducing any new supplement or herbal tea into your routine. They can provide tailored advice based on your medical history.

Ooh, raspberry leaf tea! Sounds interesting, but definitely not something to just try for the taste like a new dessert, especially when pregnant, haha. Pregnancy cravings are enough to deal with! For anything like this, doc se pooch lo na. Don't mess with it unless a professional says so!
