When to drink chia seeds water for weight loss?

My wife has been telling me to drink chia seeds water for a long time to lose some weight. I finally decided to give it a try. What's the best timing for it – morning empty stomach, or with meals?

I totally get it, chia seeds water is quite popular now! Many people drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to help with digestion and keep them full. Some also have it before meals to reduce overall food intake. It's a good source of fiber, so it helps with satiety.

Chia seeds water can be beneficial. It's often recommended to drink it in the morning, or half an hour before meals, to help you feel full and eat less. Hydration is also very important.

Yes, chia seeds are excellent for satiety. Drinking them soaked in water before meals, or first thing in the morning, can definitely help with weight management. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Haan na, chia seeds water is really good for digestion and weight. You can drink it early morning on an empty stomach, or like, half an hour before your lunch and dinner. It helps you feel full so you don't overeat. Just remember to soak them properly, ho na?

Hey! I usually prepare my chia seed water the night before and have it first thing in the morning. It makes me feel full and energized, and it's great for digestion. Some of my friends also drink a glass before lunch to curb their appetite. Just remember to drink enough regular water too!

Chia seeds are great for fiber and omega-3s! For weight loss, I'd suggest having chia seed water 30 minutes before your main meals. It expands in your stomach, helping you feel fuller and potentially eat less. It complements a good workout routine and balanced diet perfectly.
