When to be concerned about hair loss?

Lately, I've noticed a lot more hair falling out than usual, especially when I shower or comb my hair. It's getting a bit concerning now. When should I actually start to worry about hair loss and consider seeing a doctor?

I'm always worried about hair loss! Is it normal to see some hair in the shower every day? I get concerned when I see a lot more than usual, especially if my scalp starts showing or my hair feels thinner overall. Has anyone else felt this way?

Thode baal girna toh aam baat hai, beta. Par agar bahut zyada giren, jaha choti patli ho jaye ya sir mein khali jagah dikhe, toh chinta ki baat hai. Amla, bhringraj ka tel lagao, achha khana khao. Par agar bahut serious lage toh doctor ko dikhana hi padega.

I mean, if you're pulling out clumps like a pasta dish, then yeah, maybe worry! 😉 Seriously though, if it's sudden, patchy, or if your hair is thinning dramatically, then it's time to check with a doctor. Sometimes it's just stress or diet, so make sure you're eating well too!

I used to have significant hair fall. You should be concerned if it's sudden, excessive (more than 100-150 strands a day consistently), patchy, or if your hairline is receding rapidly. Also, if you notice thinning all over, get it checked. It could be thyroid, stress, nutritional deficiency, or genetics. Don't ignore it, see a dermatologist.

Normal hair fall is okay, but if it feels like you're losing clumps every day, or if you see bald spots, then it's time to see a doc! 😟 Could be stress, diet, or something else. Don't stress too much though, many things are treatable! ✨

My daughter had a phase of severe hair loss. We got worried when her hair started thinning visibly and she was leaving a lot of hair everywhere. We took her to a dermatologist. It's concerning if it's sudden, excessive, or if you notice any patches. Better to get it checked, could be a deficiency or something else.

Hey, normal hai thoda hair fall. But if you see literally handfuls of hair coming out every day, or bald patches, or your hair feels suddenly much thinner, then don't just stress silently. Go to a dermatologist, yaar! They can figure out the cause and help you. Don't worry too much but do take action.

Many people worry about hair loss. You should be concerned if you notice a sudden increase in shedding, develop bald patches, or if your hair becomes noticeably thinner all over. It could be due to hormonal changes, stress, nutritional deficiencies, or other medical conditions. Consulting a dermatologist or a general physician is a good first step to find the cause and treatment.
