Oh, I totally panicked about this too! But don't worry. Ideally, you should start even before you get pregnant, if you're planning. Folate is super important then. If you're already pregnant, start them as soon as you find out. Your doctor will prescribe the right ones.

Pregnancy vitamins are like the secret ingredient for you and the baby, haha! My wife started taking them as soon as we confirmed pregnancy. Besides all the yummy cravings, these vitamins fill the nutritional gaps. Just ask your doc, they'll tell you exactly which ones to munch on.

You should ideally start prenatal vitamins, especially folic acid, at least one month BEFORE you conceive. If you're already pregnant, start immediately. This is crucial for the baby's neural development. Don't delay, just consult your OB/GYN and get on a regimen.

While I love my home remedies for small things, pregnancy vitamins are non-negotiable. I started mine the moment I knew I was pregnant. They help cover all bases because let's be honest, we can't eat perfectly every day. Talk to your doctor, they'll give you the right prescription. It's really for the baby's healthy start.

For my wife's pregnancy, the doctor advised starting prenatal vitamins with folic acid even before we started trying to conceive. Then she continued throughout the pregnancy. That's just what our doctor told us to do, I can only share our experience, not give advice.

As a vegetarian, I was extra careful about getting all nutrients. For pregnancy, it's advised to start prenatal vitamins with folic acid even before getting pregnant. If you're already expecting, begin immediately. They ensure you and the baby get enough essentials, especially if your diet is not fully balanced. Consult your doctor for specifics.

The general recommendation is to start prenatal vitamins, particularly those with 400 micrograms of folic acid, at least one month before you plan to conceive and continue them throughout the first trimester. If pregnancy is a surprise, start as soon as you know. It significantly reduces the risk of neural tube defects. Your doctor will advise on the specific brand.

Prenatal vitamins can be a bit costly sometimes, but they are an important investment for your baby's health. My doctor advised me to start them as soon as pregnancy was confirmed. Don't compromise on these, you can always ask for generic options if budget is tight. Just make sure to get a prescription first.

For small issues, ghar ke nuskhe are good. But for pregnancy, vitamins are very important. I started them as soon as my doctor told me I was pregnant. They help with baby's growth. Don't rely only on food, these are like extra help. Always ask your doctor about it, this is not a small thing.

After my first difficult pregnancy, I learned how crucial every step is. With vitamins, it's best to start them even before you conceive if possible. Folic acid is vital early on. If you're already pregnant, start immediately under your doctor's guidance. Please don't self-medicate, get a proper prescription.

Forget what you read online about remedies. Pregnancy vitamins are serious business. You should start them as soon as you find out you're pregnant, ideally even before if you're planning. Folic acid is super important to prevent birth defects. Always, always verify with your gynaecologist.
