When is best to drink green tea for weight loss?

I've started drinking green tea to help with weight loss, but I'm not sure if there's a specific time of day that's most effective. Should I have it in the morning, after meals, or at night for better results?

I love green tea! 🍵 For weight loss, many suggest drinking it between meals, like mid-morning or mid-afternoon. It can boost your metabolism and help with satiety! Just avoid drinking it right before bed as it has caffeine. ✨ Good luck! 💪

The most common recommendation for green tea for weight loss is to drink it between meals. This helps your metabolism without interfering with nutrient absorption from food. Avoid drinking it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning if it causes discomfort, and definitely not too close to bedtime because of the caffeine.

I've been looking into this too! From what I found, drinking green tea a couple of hours before or after meals seems to be the most effective for weight loss benefits. This way, the catechins can really work on your metabolism without hindering iron absorption from your food. Definitely avoid it right before bed because of the caffeine!

Green tea is affordable, so that's a plus for weight loss efforts. I usually drink it around 10 AM and 4 PM, basically between my main meals. It helps curb hunger and supposedly speeds up metabolism. Just make sure you're buying a good quality one, no point wasting money on low-quality stuff if you're trying to be healthy.

It can be really frustrating trying to figure out all the 'best' times for everything when you're trying to lose weight, I completely get it. For green tea, many studies suggest drinking it between meals, like mid-morning or mid-afternoon. It can help boost your metabolism and make you feel fuller. Just be mindful of caffeine if you're sensitive.
