Every pregnancy is unique, and body changes can also be influenced by underlying health conditions like thyroid issues. My navel never really popped, it just flattened. Generally, it can happen in the late second or third trimester. Always discuss any concerns about body changes with your gynecologist during your regular check-ups.
Usually, your belly button might pop out in the third trimester, around 28-32 weeks. It's just the uterus pushing it out. It's a common thing, don't worry about it too much. Some women's just flatten, that's fine too.
I can only speak from my own experience, but my belly button started to protrude noticeably around my seventh month of pregnancy. It was quite prominent by the end! But I've heard it's different for everyone.
I'm still waiting for mine to pop! I'm in my sixth month. Does it happen suddenly, or is it a gradual thing? I keep checking every day, haha. Did anyone else feel a bit impatient about it?

Honestly, when my belly button started to pop, it felt a bit weird and exposed at first. It usually happens in the third trimester. It's okay to feel a bit self-conscious about these body changes, but it's a completely normal part of pregnancy. You're not alone in how you feel.
