When does tummy get hard in pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester, and sometimes my tummy feels really tight and hard for a bit. My friend said it's normal but I'm just curious, when does the tummy generally start feeling hard during pregnancy?

The tummy starts feeling harder as the baby grows, my child. Usually, in the second trimester, around 20 weeks, you might notice it becoming firmer. Just stay positive, focus on your health, and take good care of yourself. It's a natural journey.

Your tummy starts getting firmer as your uterus expands and the baby grows bigger! 🤰 Usually, you'll start noticing it really getting hard in the second trimester, around 16-20 weeks. It's exciting to feel that bump! ✨

For my wife, her tummy started feeling noticeably harder and rounder around the 18-20 week mark, definitely in the second trimester. Before that, it was still soft. It's because the baby is growing and the uterus is expanding. It's a happy feeling!

The uterus starts to grow out of the pelvis in the second trimester. So, you'll feel your belly getting harder and more prominent from around 16-20 weeks. It's a good sign of growth. Don't worry too much, it's normal.

I've heard the tummy starts getting noticeably hard in the second trimester, around 16-20 weeks. Is it like a gradual change or does it just suddenly firm up? I'm worried about my wife and want to know what to expect.
