When does tiredness in pregnancy end?

I'm in my second trimester now, and my energy levels are still so low. Everyone said the first trimester tiredness goes away, but I'm still feeling exhausted. When does this actually end for most women?

Ho na, tiredness is a real struggle! For many, it starts getting better in the second trimester, around week 12-14. That's when you might get a 'burst of energy'. But for some, it comes back in the third trimester too. Har body ka apna pace hota hai.

I'm hearing a lot about this tiredness. So it generally improves after the first three months, like in the second trimester? Does it usually disappear completely then, or just get less?

Haha, 'end'? Does it ever truly end? Kidding! For me, the first trimester fatigue was insane, then it got a lot better in the second. But then third trimester came, and BAM! Exhaustion again. And then the baby arrives, and you're just permanently tired. It's a journey, ladies!

I totally get how exhausting pregnancy can be. For many, the intense fatigue of the first trimester eases up significantly in the second trimester, usually around week 12-14. You might feel a lot more energetic then! However, it often returns in the late third trimester as your body prepares for birth.

My doctor told me that the severe tiredness usually lessens quite a bit by the second trimester, around 12-14 weeks, because the hormones settle down. But then, it might come back in the last few weeks as the baby grows big. Always listen to your body and your doctor.

The worst of it usually subsides in the second trimester, but for my wife, it lingered. We ignored it too long once, thinking it's 'normal.' If the tiredness feels debilitating or doesn't improve, please get a checkup. It's better to be safe than sorry and ensure there's no underlying issue.
