When does the spotting starts in pregnancy?

I'm newly pregnant and have been a bit worried about spotting, as I've heard it can happen. When does spotting typically start in pregnancy, and what should I watch out for?

My mother always says some spotting can happen early on, especially around the time the period would have been. But my doctor said it's most common in the first trimester, particularly during implantation, which is very early. Still, if it happens, always inform your doctor, don't just assume it's normal.

Spotting can happen very early in pregnancy, sometimes even before you miss a period, due to implantation. It's important to get it checked by a doctor. Don't delay just to save on a consultation fee; it's better to be safe.

I totally get how scary spotting can be during pregnancy. It often starts very early, sometimes even before you confirm pregnancy, due to implantation. It can also happen in the first trimester. The best thing is to always call your doctor and let them know, even if it's just a tiny bit.

Spotting can start even before you know you're pregnant, with implantation, right? I heard it's very common. Did anyone else experience light spotting early on and everything turned out fine? It's always a bit worrying to see it.

It's completely normal to feel anxious if you see spotting during pregnancy. It can actually start very early, sometimes around 6-12 days after conception due to implantation. It's usually light and brown or pink. But please, always tell your doctor about any bleeding to be sure.

Sometimes a little bit of spotting can occur very early when the baby 'sets in', we call it. It's usually light. My mother used to say just rest. But these days, doctors are there to guide you, so it's always best to consult them for any concern, especially if it's more than just a little.

Spotting can happen quite early in pregnancy, sometimes around the time of implantation, or even later in the first trimester. I remember trying to rest a lot and staying hydrated when I had it. But honestly, for anything like spotting, the first thing is always to tell your gynaecologist.
