Oh, that pregnancy exhaustion is real! For most women, the severe tiredness of the first trimester eases up considerably in the second trimester, usually between weeks 14-26. You might get a burst of energy then. But it can return in the third trimester. Listen to your body and rest whenever you can.

Beta, the first few months, the body is doing so much work, so tiredness is natural. Many feel better in the middle months, like after the fourth month. Try to eat fresh fruits and light food. And sleep whenever you feel like it, don't push yourself. A little jaggery can also give some quick energy sometimes.

Exhaustion is very common, especially in the first trimester, but it can also be a sign of something like low iron or even thyroid issues. While it generally lessens in the second trimester, ensure you're getting all your blood tests done and discussing your energy levels with your doctor. Regular follow-ups are key.

This exhaustion thing had me so worried when my wife was pregnant! I kept Googling everything. Generally, people say it gets better in the second trimester, but honestly, some days it just doesn't go away completely until the baby is born. Just remember to be kind to yourself and don't feel bad for resting.

Based on my wife's experience, the severe exhaustion started to subside for her sometime in the second trimester, around the fourth or fifth month. But it's different for everyone, some people feel it throughout. It's important to listen to your body and your doctor's advice.

Oh my god, I thought I was dying from exhaustion in my first trimester, I genuinely panicked! But then, around the start of my second trimester, like 14-16 weeks, it suddenly lifted! It was amazing. It might come back a bit in the end, but that middle phase is usually much better. Hang in there!

The first trimester is usually the most exhausting due to hormonal surges and body changes. Energy levels typically improve significantly in the second trimester (weeks 14-26). However, fatigue often returns in the third. Prioritize rest, delegate tasks where possible, and ensure you're getting enough iron and nutrients. Consult your doctor if exhaustion is debilitating.
