When does relaxin kick in pregnancy?

I've heard about the relaxin hormone making joints looser during pregnancy. I'm wondering, when does relaxin really kick in during pregnancy? I haven't felt any changes yet.

From my experience, the effects of relaxin were noticeable early on, in the first trimester, with some hip and joint looseness. It's amazing how quickly your body starts adapting for the baby.

My wife felt the effects of relaxin quite early, in her first trimester, with some pelvic discomfort. It makes your joints more flexible, which is good for birth but can cause aches now. Make sure you're comfortable and don't overdo it with physical activity.

Relaxin begins to be produced very early in pregnancy, shortly after conception. Its levels remain elevated throughout gestation and peak at delivery. If you're experiencing unusual joint pain or instability, definitely discuss it with your gynaecologist for tailored advice.

Relaxin... Ah, yes, the hormone that tells your body 'time to loosen up!' It starts pretty much from day one, preparing everything. So if you suddenly feel like you're made of jelly, don't worry, it's just your body getting ready for its big performance.

Relaxin starts very early in pregnancy, from the time of conception. It helps soften ligaments. Just be mindful of your posture and movements because of the increased joint flexibility, especially as you get further along.

Relaxin? Oh, that's the hormone that makes you feel like a loose-limbed doll, right? Mine kicked in so early, I was almost doing splits without trying! Seriously though, it starts pretty much from the beginning of pregnancy to get your body ready.

This relaxin, it comes early, child. It makes the body soft for the baby. Just be careful when you walk, don't fall. A good oil massage with light hands can sometimes help the aches, but gentle only, haan?

I was super worried about feeling so 'loose' and achy around my hips so early, thinking something was wrong! But my doctor said it's just relaxin doing its job, starting from the first trimester. It's totally normal, so don't panic!
