For managing my gestational diabetes, my doctor always stressed that the pregnancy calendar starts from the first day of your Last Menstrual Period (LMP). This helps in accurate dating and monitoring, which is crucial for conditions like diabetes in pregnancy.

Ho na, most doctors count pregnancy from the first day of your last period, not from when you conceived. It's standard practice because it's easier to pinpoint. So even if you haven't conceived yet, the calendar has started from LMP.

The pregnancy calendar usually starts from the first day of the last menstrual period (LMP). This helps in calculating due dates. Keeping active with doctor-approved exercises, like walking, helps maintain overall health during this period, no matter where you are in the calendar.

My wife had high BP during pregnancy, so every checkup was crucial. The doctors always used the first day of her last period to start the pregnancy calendar. This helps track progress properly. Regular checkups and monitoring are very important.

It's important to know this clearly. The pregnancy calendar typically starts from the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP), even before conception. This dating is crucial for all medical assessments, especially if there are any complications. Always confirm with your gynaecologist.
