When does heartburn begin in pregnancy?

I'm in my first trimester and feeling a bit uncomfortable after meals sometimes. My friend told me it might be pregnancy heartburn. I was wondering, at what stage of pregnancy does heartburn usually start?

Oh, heartburn during pregnancy is very common! With my daughter, it started around the end of the first trimester and got quite bad in the third. What helped me was eating small, frequent meals and avoiding anything too spicy or acidic. Also, don't lie down right after eating.

Yaar, heartburn in pregnancy? My wife had it, started kinda in the first trimester itself for her, but like, got really bad in the third. It's actually quite common, hormones ka effect hota hai. Avoid all the yummy spicy stuff for a while.

Heartburn can begin at any stage of pregnancy, sometimes even in the first trimester. It's often due to hormonal changes and pressure from the growing uterus. While it's common, always mention it to your doctor. They can suggest safe remedies and ensure it's not something else. Better to get it checked for safety.

Heartburn in pregnancy is pretty common. It can start in the first trimester but usually gets more noticeable later. Small, frequent meals definitely help. And if your doctor allows, light walking after meals can also aid digestion and might ease the discomfort, like a gentle cool-down after a workout.

From a practical standpoint, heartburn can surface early in pregnancy, even in the first trimester, and typically intensifies as the pregnancy progresses. The key is to manage it proactively: smaller meals, avoiding trigger foods, and not eating close to bedtime. Discussing safe antacids with your doctor is a time-saver.

Usually, heartburn can start sometimes quite early in pregnancy, even in the first few months, and can continue. My mother always said to avoid tamarind and spicy foods during that time. But truly, your doctor knows best what is safe and effective for you. Always listen to their advice.

Heartburn is a frequent complaint in pregnancy, often starting in the first trimester. It's important to manage your diet carefully to avoid triggers, similar to how we manage blood sugar. Spicy foods, acidic juices, and large meals can worsen it. Consult your gynecologist for suitable dietary advice and safe remedies.
