When does fatigue stop in pregnancy?

Being pregnant is amazing, but this constant exhaustion is making it so hard to manage my daily routine. I'm almost in my third trimester, and I was really hoping it would improve. When does the fatigue typically stop or at least reduce in pregnancy?

Ah, the million-dollar question for pregnant women! Usually, the extreme fatigue of the first trimester eases up around 12-14 weeks, when you enter the second trimester. That's when you can enjoy those cravings with a little more energy! But don't be surprised if it makes a comeback in the third trimester.

This tiredness, my dear, it is a journey! The severe fatigue from the first trimester generally begins to subside as you reach the second trimester, around 12 to 14 weeks. However, it often returns in the third trimester. Listen to your body and always consult your doctor; their advice is best, even if family suggests otherwise sometimes.

Oh, I was wondering about this too. So, it gets better in the second trimester, around 12-14 weeks? And then comes back? Does that mean the entire third trimester is tired again? It sounds like a lot.

For most, the extreme fatigue of the first trimester usually starts to improve around the beginning of the second trimester, about 12-14 weeks. But it can often return in the third trimester. Hang in there, it's a phase.

The intense fatigue of early pregnancy usually subsides when you hit the second trimester, typically around 12-14 weeks. This is often called the 'honeymoon phase'. However, it's common for fatigue to resurface in the third trimester. Maintaining a balanced diet and light, doctor-approved exercise can help manage it throughout.

The pronounced fatigue of the first trimester typically lessens as you approach the second trimester, often around 12-14 weeks. However, it can return in the final trimester. While rest is paramount, if your doctor approves, light walks and gentle exercises can sometimes help with energy levels during the second trimester.
