When does back pain begin in pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester and starting to feel some lower back discomfort. Everyone warned me about back pain in pregnancy, but I thought it would be later. When does back pain typically begin in pregnancy?

Oh, the back pain! For me it started around the second trimester, around 4-5 months, when my bump really started showing and those cravings for heavy biryani kicked in. 😂 But seriously, listen to your body and try light stretches.

Back pain can begin early, like end of first trimester, or later. If it gets severe, doc visits and physio can add up. So it's best to start with good posture and light stretches early on. Invest in a good support pillow, it's worth it.

It can actually start pretty early due to hormonal changes loosening ligaments, even in the first trimester. But it often worsens in the second and third. Focus on core strength (doctor-approved exercises) and good posture. A strong core helps a lot.

I had back pain starting around 5 months with both my kids. It's because your centre of gravity shifts and hormones loosen things up. A warm bath helped me, and my husband gave me gentle massages. See your doctor if it's really bad.

Many women get back pain. Sometimes it starts in the middle months of pregnancy. Rest and gentle movement can help. You are not alone in this.

Oh, back pain in pregnancy is common. For me, it was around the end of the first trimester. I used a hot water bag and did gentle stretching my mom suggested. It helps but always consult your doctor to ensure it's not something serious.

My wife ignored her early backaches during pregnancy, thinking it's normal. Later it became very severe. Don't make that mistake. If you feel even mild pain, tell your doctor. They can suggest safe ways to manage it before it gets worse.

For me, it kicked in around the 4th month, like a dull ache. My gynaecologist said it's super common because of the shifting weight and hormones. Good posture and a pregnancy pillow at night were my saviours, honestly.
