When does baby heartbeat start during pregnancy?

I just found out I'm pregnant, and I'm so excited! My first ultrasound is scheduled for next month. My husband is asking when we can expect to hear the baby's heartbeat. When does a baby's heartbeat typically start during pregnancy?

Yaar, actually, the heart starts beating very early, like around 5-6 weeks of pregnancy. But you might not hear it on a regular ultrasound until maybe 6-7 weeks. It's a super tiny flutter initially, no?

The baby's heart starts to beat very early, around 5-6 weeks gestational age. Early detection is important. Keep up with your regular doctor visits and tests, especially if you have any underlying conditions like thyroid, to monitor everything properly.

It's pretty amazing how early it starts, usually around 5-6 weeks from your last period. That's when the heart tube starts pulsing. Focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and gentle exercise like walking if your doctor permits, to support a healthy pregnancy.

I remember the anxiety waiting for that first heartbeat! It's an incredibly emotional moment. Doctors say it usually starts around 5-6 weeks, but sometimes it takes a bit longer to be visible on an ultrasound. Try to be patient, I know it's hard.

My dear, the little heart starts to beat very, very early. Even before you sometimes know for sure you are pregnant, by 5 to 6 weeks, it has started. It is a tiny flutter, and the doctor will usually confirm it in the first scan. Don't worry, it's a beautiful sign.

Oh, I totally freaked out when I couldn't hear it at 5 weeks! But then my doctor explained it starts around 5-6 weeks, and sometimes it's just too early to detect properly on the scan until 6-7 weeks. It's normal to worry, but usually, it's just a matter of timing.
