When do your breasts start hurting in pregnancy?

I'm in my first trimester and my breasts are feeling very tender. My doctor said it's a common symptom. Just want to know, when do breasts typically start hurting in pregnancy for most women?

For many, this starts even before a missed period, sometimes just a week or two after conception. It's one of the earliest signs. Making sure you're eating a balanced, nutrient-rich diet can help support your body through these early changes.

My girlfriend started feeling it really early, like within a couple weeks of conception. She said it was one of the first things she noticed, before anything else even. It was pretty intense for her initially.

Most women feel it very early, often around 4-6 weeks into pregnancy. However, if the pain is severe, unilateral, or accompanied by redness/lumps, please get it checked by your doctor immediately. Better to be safe.

That breast tenderness is super common and starts pretty early, usually in the first trimester. Your body is preparing for milk production. Keep up with light activity if your doctor approves, it can help with overall comfort, and stay hydrated.

Oh god, for me it started super early, like even before I got my positive test! It was one of the first clues. My nipples were super sensitive too. It lasted for a few weeks in the first trimester and then slowly got better.
