Some women start seeing colostrum leakage in the second or third trimester, totally normal.
My older sister told me she had some yellowish discharge from her breasts around the 7th month. She said it's called colostrum, like the first milk. It doesn't happen to everyone, but it's a sign the body is getting ready. No need to worry if it does.
Beti, har aurat ka shareer alag hota hai. Kaiyon ko toh chhote-chhote peele daag kapdon par dikhne lagte hain aakhri mahino mein, woh pehla doodh hota hai. Agar koi pareshani na ho, toh yeh swabhavik hai. Bas saaf-safai ka dhyaan rakhna.
I totally get how new changes can be a bit surprising! Sometimes, your breasts might start producing colostrum, the early milk, even during pregnancy. This can happen anytime in the second or third trimester, around 16 weeks onwards, or not at all until after delivery. It's all part of your body's amazing preparation process.

Oh yes, I remember that! For me, it started in my seventh month with both my pregnancies. It was just a little bit of clear, sticky fluid. My doctor said it's perfectly normal, your body is just getting ready to feed the baby. Some women experience it, some don't, and both are completely fine. Don't worry about it at all.
