When do you start feeling pregnancy symptoms?

My period is a week late and I'm having some fatigue and breast tenderness. Could these be early pregnancy symptoms? When do women usually start feeling these kinds of pregnancy symptoms after conception?

My wife experienced symptoms quite early, mostly fatigue and mood swings, even before a missed period. If you suspect you're pregnant, it's wise to consult a doctor. With conditions like high BP, it's crucial to get proper medical guidance from the very beginning for a healthy pregnancy.

Honestly, it depends on the person. My older cousin sister felt tired like crazy from week 5, and some just notice a missed period. So there's no fixed rule na. Just keep an eye on your body, it tells you things.

In our family, some ladies say they just 'feel' different early on, even before an official test. Like extra tiredness or breast tenderness around 4-6 weeks. But always, always confirm with a doctor, don't just rely on symptoms. Medical advice is paramount.

Haha, for my wife, it was basically feeling perpetually sleep-deprived and then the nausea started. I swear she was tired from week 4 itself! I thought it was just regular exhaustion, but nope, it was pregnancy. So, tiredness can be a big one early on.

Many women start noticing symptoms like fatigue, nausea, or breast tenderness around 4-6 weeks after conception. It's different for everyone.

I was looking for symptoms everywhere! The first thing I noticed was super sore breasts and extreme fatigue around 5 weeks. I thought I was getting sick. Then came the missed period. It's totally normal to feel a range of things, or even nothing at all, in the early weeks. Don't overthink it like I did!
