When do you start feeling hot in pregnancy?

Lately, I've been feeling unusually warm and sweaty, even when it's not that hot outside. I'm also pregnant. Is this a normal pregnancy symptom, and if so, when do you typically start feeling hot during pregnancy?

Oh my god, the heat is real! 🔥 I felt like a human furnace from my second trimester itself. Always wanted the AC on full blast, even in winter! It's super common though, so don't worry too much, just stay hydrated!

Namaste! Meri wife ko bhi bahut garmi lagti thi. Pehle teen mahine thoda theek tha, but uske baad to har waqt pankha chalate rehte the. Pura sharir garam rehta hai. Paani zaroor peete rehna, bahot zaroori hai.

Honestly, I felt a general increase in body temperature pretty early on, maybe around 8-10 weeks. But it really ramped up in the second trimester for me. Loose clothes and cold showers became my best friends. Keep cool, girl!

Garmi toh lagti hai. Jab se garmi shuru hui, AC ka bill bhi badh gaya. Make sure you're drinking enough water, and maybe keep a small hand fan. Don't spend too much on fancy cooling gadgets, basic things also work. And always keep your doctor's appointments.

When a new life is growing inside, the body undergoes many changes. Feeling warm is one of them. Just embrace it as part of this beautiful journey. Stay positive, drink lots of water, and ensure you're comfortable. Everything will be fine with God's grace.

Is it normal to feel hot *all the time*? I'm just in my first trimester and I'm already sweating so much, even at night. Did anyone else feel this way so early? I keep thinking something is wrong.

Most women feel warmer during pregnancy due to increased blood volume and metabolism. It can start quite early for some, even in the first few weeks, and usually gets more noticeable in the second and third trimesters. Just remember to stay hydrated, wear breathable fabrics, and avoid direct sun. It's a very common symptom.
