Ugh, the nausea! I just finished my first trimester, and for me, it started around 6 weeks and peaked at 9-10 weeks. It was an all-day thing, not just morning. Small, frequent meals and ginger tea really helped me. Hope yours isn't too bad!
I personally started feeling really nauseous around 5 and a half weeks, almost immediately after missing my period. It lasted till about week 14. But I know some friends who barely felt it, and some who had it their whole pregnancy. It's different for everyone.

My girlfriend started feeling nauseous pretty early, like 5-6 weeks after her missed period. She hated the smell of everything! It got better after the first trimester though.

Haan, mostly 6th week se shuru ho jaati hai morning sickness. Kayi logon ko toh poora din rehti hai, na ki sirf subah. Thoda lemon water ya ginger tea se relief milta hai. Doctor ko bhi bata dena, if it's too much.
