Haan, mostly after a missed period, around 5-6 weeks se shuru hote hain symptoms. Morning sickness, tiredness, aur breasts mein soreness. Sabko alag alag feel hota hai, na. Meri bhabhi ko toh bilkul pata hi nahi chala tha pehle kuch time.

In our family, some women feel symptoms very early, even before missing a period, like extreme tiredness. But mostly it starts after the missed period, around 6 weeks. Always best to consult your doctor for confirmation and guidance, even if family has suggestions.

My wife experienced strong nausea and fatigue from about 6 weeks onwards, almost right after her missed period. Breast tenderness was also quite early. It's a very individual thing, so don't be alarmed if yours are different.
