When do u start producing milk in pregnancy?

I'm about halfway through my pregnancy and was wondering if I should be expecting any changes in my breasts soon. When do women typically start producing milk while they are pregnant?

For my wife, some colostrum started appearing around 20 weeks, but we didn't think much of it. Later, we realized it was a good sign of preparation. Always better to check with your doc about any changes, big or small, to avoid any regrets.

Colostrum production can begin around 16-20 weeks. If you notice some leakage, it's normal. You can use thin breast pads to keep your clothes clean, especially if you're out working. No need to buy anything fancy, simple pads work.

Your body starts producing colostrum, the thick, yellowish first milk, in the second trimester, typically from 16-20 weeks. It might leak a little, or you might not see it at all. Both are perfectly normal, the actual milk 'comes in' a few days after delivery. Don't worry if you don't leak anything.

Yaar, actually, your body starts making colostrum, that first milk, from around the second trimester itself, like 16-20 weeks. Sometimes it leaks, sometimes it doesn't, depends. But proper milk comes in after delivery only. Don't stress too much!

While colostrum can appear in the second trimester, it's always important to mention any changes to your doctor. I had some unusual discharge once, and it turned out to be nothing serious, but it's good to be safe and rule out complications.

I totally get why you're asking! It can feel so strange when your body starts these new things. Colostrum production generally begins in your second trimester, so from about 16-20 weeks. It's your body's way of getting ready to feed your little one.

Your body starts its own little milk factory operations, producing colostrum, usually in the second trimester, around 16-20 weeks. So yeah, the 'tap' can turn on a bit early, but the main show starts after the baby arrives! No need to panic if you see a few drops.

Beti, your breasts start getting ready much before the baby arrives. Many women feel a bit of the first milk, the colostrum, leaking around the fifth or sixth month. It is a good sign that your body is preparing to nourish the child. Just rest and eat well.

I read that the body actually starts preparing for milk production pretty early, like even in the second trimester, with colostrum. But the actual full milk supply comes after the baby is born. Nature is amazing, na?

Haan, so your body actually starts making colostrum (the first milk) around 16-20 weeks into pregnancy. It's usually yellowish and thick. You might notice it leaking a little or not at all, both are fine. It's just your body preparing!
