When do stretch marks appear in pregnancy?

My sister got a lot of stretch marks during her pregnancy. I'm about four months along now, and I haven't seen any yet. When do stretch marks usually appear in pregnancy?

Based on what I've read on my pregnancy tracking app, most women start noticing them around the late second to early third trimester. It's when your belly really starts to grow rapidly. Staying hydrated and moisturizing regularly is often recommended.

Generally, after the 6th month, they begin to show. My nani used to say to apply olive oil every night. It might not prevent them entirely but helps keep the skin soft. If you experience any severe itching or pain, then definitely ask your doctor.

From what I've seen with my wife and sisters, it's usually in the last few months. They just appear one day. Best thing is to keep the skin moisturized well, any good lotion or even coconut oil works. Don't need fancy creams.

I'm not pregnant myself, but I've been researching for a friend. It seems like the common consensus is late second or third trimester, often coinciding with significant belly growth. It's quite fascinating how the body changes.

Arre, yeh toh mostly last ke teen mahine mein hi aate hain na, jab pet thoda zyada bada ho jaata hai. Haan, aur sabko nahi aate, kuch log lucky hote hain. Bas khate peete raho aur khush raho.

I worry about every little thing, so when my wife started seeing them around the 6th month, I was like, 'Oh no, what's happening now?' But everyone said it's totally normal. Just keep hydrating and using a good moisturizer, that's what our doctor told us.

For me, they started appearing around 7 months. I didn't spend on expensive creams, just used Vaseline and almond oil regularly. Focus your budget on good prenatal vitamins and doctor visits, those are more important than creams that might not even work fully.

Mine showed up in the third trimester. I had a slightly complicated pregnancy, so my doctor always emphasized keeping an eye on any skin changes and reporting them. It's best to discuss with your ob-gyn, especially if you have any concerns or underlying conditions.
