When do pregnancy symptoms usually begin?

I'm trying to conceive and have been tracking everything. I'm curious, when do the first signs of pregnancy usually begin? I'm hoping to notice them early.

I'm new to all this, but I'm trying to learn. So, like, are those early symptoms just like PMS, or is there a way to tell the difference? It all sounds a bit confusing.

Oh, I used to obsess over every little ache and twinge, thinking it was a sign! But usually, the more noticeable symptoms like fatigue, nausea, or tender breasts start around 4-6 weeks after conception. It's totally normal to be anxious, but try to stay calm.

Seedha baat hai, zyada tar cases mein, jab period miss hota hai, uske baad 1-2 hafte mein, matlab 4-6 hafton ke aas paas symptoms aana shuru hote hain. Thakaan, ulti jaisa, ya breasts mein dard.

I just went through this! For me, the first thing was extreme tiredness, around 5 weeks. Then the nausea started properly by week 6. So yeah, that 4-6 week window is pretty accurate for when things really kick in.

For many, symptoms like morning sickness, fatigue, or breast tenderness typically start around 4-6 weeks after the last menstrual period. With conditions like PCOS, tracking symptoms can be tricky due to irregular cycles, so always confirm with a doctor, don't just rely on guessing.
