When do boobs start hurting during pregnancy?

It's been a few weeks since I got the good news, and I've started feeling some tenderness. Is it normal for breasts to start hurting in early pregnancy, and when does that usually begin?

Many pregnancy apps and trackers list breast tenderness as one of the earliest symptoms. It can start as early as 4-6 weeks after conception due to hormonal changes. It often subsides or changes intensity in the second trimester, but for some, it can be on and off throughout.

Hey there! Breast tenderness and pain can actually be one of the very first signs of pregnancy, starting around 4-6 weeks. It's due to the sudden increase in hormones. It can be quite uncomfortable, but it's totally normal. Try wearing soft, cotton bras!

My breasts were SO sore and tender from about 5 weeks into my pregnancy! It was one of the first signs for me. It calmed down a bit in the second trimester, but then came back with a vengeance towards the end. Soft, supportive bras are your best friend!

It's common for breasts to start hurting very early in pregnancy, sometimes even before you know you're pregnant. The main thing is to wear comfortable, non-underwire bras. Good support can make a big difference for the discomfort.

Hurting? Oh, they start hurting even before you're sure you're pregnant, I swear! 😂 My wife was complaining about it super early. It's just your body getting ready for the big job, but it's not fun while it lasts. Lots of support needed, literally!

Oh, so early? Does the pain last for the whole pregnancy, or does it come and go? And is there anything that helps with the discomfort, like special bras or something? I'm curious because my friend is expecting.
