What vitamins to take for hair loss?

My hair has been falling a lot lately, especially after I wash it. Someone told me it could be due to some vitamin deficiency. Which vitamins should I be looking into for hair loss, please tell na?

Please be careful with supplements for hair loss. I took some on a friend's advice without consulting a doctor and ended up with stomach issues. It's best to get your blood tests done first to see what deficiency you actually have. Don't self-medicate like I did.

Haan yaar, hair fall ka problem toh bohot common hai aajkal. Vitamin D aur Biotin ka naam sunna hai but doctor ko pooch ke lena chahiye. Mere cousin ne bhi aise hi liya aur kuch khaas farak nahi pada.

Hair loss? Oh, I've lost more hair than I have left worrying about losing it! Seriously though, my doctor suggested iron and B12 after a blood test. Maybe start there? At least you'll know what you're actually missing, unlike me who just assumed for years.

Been there, done that with hair fall. I tried everything from onion juice to fancy oils. Honestly, nothing really helped until I found out I had a severe iron deficiency. So, yes, home remedies are fine, but please get a check-up first to rule out any underlying issues.

Hey girl, don't stress too much, stress itself causes hair fall! But seriously, my dermatologist told me to get tested for Vitamin D, B12, and Ferritin. Once you know what's low, only then take supplements. Otherwise, it's just a shot in the dark.

For vegetarians especially, B12 and iron deficiencies are common and can cause hair loss. Try to get these from natural sources like fortified cereals and green leafy vegetables. If that's not enough, then maybe supplements under a doctor's guidance, please.

Sometimes good blood circulation and overall health also help with hair growth. Make sure you're eating protein and staying active. For specific vitamins though, a doc should guide you after seeing your reports. Don't skip on the basics!

From what I've seen, it's very individual. Low iron, low Vitamin D, sometimes even stress can cause hair loss. A general multivitamin might help, but for targeted treatment, a doctor needs to see your blood work to know exactly what vitamin or mineral is deficient.

Ho na, hair fall bohot common issue hai abhi. But without knowing why, you can't just take anything. Better to see a doc, get some blood tests done. Maybe it's just a small deficiency that can be fixed with specific supplements, haan na?

In this busy life, hair fall is another stressor. Don't just blindly take vitamins. Go for a quick blood test. It tells you exactly what you lack, then a doctor can prescribe something specific. Saves time and money from trying random things.

I was just researching this for my sister. Everyone says Biotin and Vitamin D, but some articles also mention Folic Acid and Zinc. It's so confusing what to actually take without knowing the root cause. Seems like a doctor's visit is essential.

Dude, same problem here! My hair is thinning like crazy. I heard about biotin and stuff, but not sure if it actually works or if it's just a waste of money. Maybe eating better overall helps more? Like, proper food.
