What vitamin deficiency causes hair fall?

My hair has started falling out quite a bit recently, which is worrying me. I've heard sometimes it's related to what we eat. Can anyone tell me what vitamin deficiency causes hair fall?

Honestly, so many internet articles will tell you it's one specific vitamin. But it's rarely that simple. Iron, Vitamin D, and B vitamins (especially B12 and Biotin) are common culprits, yes. But please, don't just self-diagnose or start popping pills. Get blood tests done and let a doctor tell you exactly what you need. Otherwise, it's just guesswork.

I just went through this! My hair was falling like crazy. Turns out, my Vitamin D and Iron levels were super low. After taking supplements prescribed by my doctor for a few months, my hair fall has significantly reduced. So yeah, definitely check these two first.

Ugh, hair fall is the worst! I heard it's often linked to Vitamin D or Iron deficiency, especially for us women. Sometimes B vitamins like Biotin also play a role. It's smart to get a blood test done if you're worried, and then your doctor can recommend a proper supplement or dietary changes. Don't stress too much, it's pretty common.

Bro, for hair fall, a lot of guys struggle. I heard from my doc that sometimes it's Vitamin D or Iron deficiency. Also, B vitamins like Biotin are supposed to be good for hair. Better get your levels checked instead of guessing, that's what I did.

Hair fall can be due to Vitamin D or Iron deficiency. Sometimes B vitamins too. It's good to get tested. Hope you find what helps.
