What vitamin deficiency causes fatigue and hair loss?

Lately, I've been feeling really tired all the time and my hair is falling out a lot. My mother thinks it could be due to a lack of some vitamin. What vitamin deficiency commonly causes both fatigue and hair loss?

Oh, I totally get this! Fatigue and hair loss can be so draining. I tried everything, from special oils to home remedies. Turns out, Vitamin D deficiency is a huge culprit for fatigue, and iron deficiency (anemia) also causes both. B vitamins, especially B12, are also important. It's best to get tested and then address the specific deficiency, because guessing doesn't really work.

OMG, same! I'm always tired and my hair has been falling a lot lately. My friend said it could be Vitamin D deficiency because we barely get sun, or iron deficiency from not eating enough healthy food. Also, B12, right? College life is hectic, so maybe I should get checked.

At a good hospital, doctors will usually check for Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and Iron deficiency if you complain of fatigue and hair loss. These are very common. It's vital to get proper blood tests. When you visit, clearly tell your doctor all your symptoms and ask what tests they recommend. Don't self-diagnose or self-medicate.

Amma always used to say to eat lots of greens for energy and hair. And it's true, often iron deficiency causes fatigue and hair fall. Vitamin D and B12 are also very important, especially for those who don't get enough sunlight or vegetarians. But definitely get your blood tested and speak to a doctor. Trust their diagnosis.

For fatigue and hair loss, big ones are Vitamin D, Iron, and B12. I always make sure my diet is rich in these, and I get enough sunlight. A balanced diet and exercise really boost overall energy and health. If it's a deficiency, diet changes and targeted supplements are key, but get a blood test first.

Okay, so fatigue and hair loss together often point to a few common culprits. Vitamin D deficiency is a big one for fatigue, and iron deficiency (anemia) is a classic for both. B12 deficiency can also cause severe fatigue and some hair issues. It's really best to get a blood test to see exactly what's low, then your doctor can guide you.
