What toothpaste helps with cavities?

I've been getting a lot of cavities lately, despite brushing regularly. I feel like my current toothpaste isn't doing enough. Can anyone recommend a toothpaste that's really effective in helping prevent cavities?

Hey! Don't stress too much about it, most toothpastes with fluoride are generally good for cavities. Just make sure it says 'fluoride' clearly. Regular brushing twice a day is honestly more important than the specific brand, ya know?

Cavities can be so frustrating, I totally get it. I used to feel really bad about mine. My dentist recommended any toothpaste with a good amount of fluoride. It really helps strengthen the enamel. Consistency in brushing and flossing is also super important.

For general care, I prefer natural things, like neem datun. But for actual cavities, you need something with fluoride. If you already have a cavity, pls don't just rely on toothpaste. You must see a dentist, they can fix it properly before it gets worse.

I always get worried about cavities, even after brushing. Is there a specific brand that works better than others for preventing them? Or is it all just marketing? Do others also feel this confusion about which one to pick?

Yes, any toothpaste with fluoride works best. Colgate Strong Teeth is a common one that dentists often suggest here.
