What to write in a pregnancy journal?

I'm in my first trimester and someone told me it's nice to keep a pregnancy journal. I want to remember all these special moments, but I'm not sure what details to focus on. What kind of things should I make sure to write down?

A pregnancy journal sounds really sweet! I guess you'd write about milestones, like when you first felt the baby kick, or maybe your feelings and worries. Future parents would probably love to look back at that.

Write everything, yaar. Your cravings, how you feel each week, doctor's appointments, baby's kicks. It's a special time, you won't remember all the small details later. It's for you and maybe for the baby later. Just write what comes to mind.

A pregnancy journal is a beautiful way to connect with your inner self and your baby. Write about your physical sensations, your emotions, any dreams you have, and your hopes for the little one. You can also note down moments of peace during meditation or breathing exercises. It's a journey of self-discovery.

I wrote everything in mine! From morning sickness woes to the first time I heard the heartbeat. I included my thoughts and fears, even pictures of my growing bump. It's such a precious keepsake now. Don't hold back, it's your story.

I totally get how special and overwhelming pregnancy can be. In your journal, write down everything – your cravings, your moods, the baby's movements, doctor's appointments, and even letters to your baby. It's a beautiful way to document this unique journey for both of you.

Yaar, a pregnancy journal is so cute! Actually, you should write everything you feel, ya. The funny cravings, the mood swings, how excited you are. And pics of your bump each month! It's like a memory book for your baby and for you, later. Don't miss out on those small details.

In a pregnancy journal, you can record your weekly progress, any symptoms or changes you experience, questions for your doctor, and emotional reflections. It's a personal record. While a doctor can't tell you what to write, they can confirm what milestones to look out for. Just be consistent.
