What to use for hair loss?

My hair has been thinning noticeably for the past few months, and I see more of my scalp now. It's quite distressing. I'm looking for recommendations for products or remedies to help with this hair loss.

Hair loss can sometimes be linked to stress, which in turn can affect conditions like BP. My doctor always advises managing stress through light exercise and meditation. Also, it's important to get blood tests done to check for any deficiencies or thyroid issues, as these can be big contributors to hair loss.

Dekho bhai, hair loss ka koi quick fix nahi hota. Pehle toh doctor ko dikhao, they will tell you the real reason. Maybe diet change, maybe kuch supplements. Faltu ke products pe paise mat waste karo. And don't stress, that makes it worse.

Hair loss needs a multi-pronged approach. First, address any underlying medical conditions or deficiencies. Then, a good hair care routine with mild products, gentle handling of hair, and avoiding heat styling helps. Some people find minoxidil (OTC topical solution) effective, but always start after consulting a dermatologist for proper guidance.

I used to panic so much about hair loss, thought I was going bald! But then I realized it was mostly due to stress and some vitamin deficiencies. After proper tests and a doctor's advice on supplements and diet, it significantly reduced. So don't worry too much, but do get it checked out.

Yaar, hair loss is a common problem, don't think you're alone. I actually use a castor oil mask once a week, my dadi used to say it's good for hair. Aur supplements for biotin and iron also helped me, but I took them after checking with a doc. Just see what your doc suggests, haan.
