What to use for hair fall?

Lately, I've noticed a lot more hair falling out than usual, especially when I shower or comb my hair. It's getting a bit concerning. I'm looking for something to use that can help reduce this hair fall.

Hair fall is so disheartening, I totally get it! I tried so many home remedies – onion juice, egg masks, hibiscus paste. Some offered temporary shine but didn't stop the fall. What actually helped a bit was regular oiling with warm coconut oil, gentle massage, and a mild shampoo. But honestly, for proper diagnosis and treatment, I had to see a dermatologist.

As someone with BP, I know stress can be a big factor in many health issues, including hair fall. My doctor emphasized stress management and a balanced diet. Sometimes hair fall can also be related to vitamin deficiencies or thyroid issues, so a general checkup is a good idea to rule out underlying causes.

Hey, don't stress too much about hair fall, yaar! It's so common. First step is to get your blood tests done to check for any deficiencies. Also, make sure you're eating well and drinking enough water. And be super gentle with your hair, no harsh brushing or tight hairstyles. You got this!

For hair fall, a time-efficient approach is to first see a dermatologist to understand the cause. They can suggest appropriate treatments like medicated shampoos, topical solutions (like minoxidil), or oral supplements. Maintaining a balanced diet and managing stress are also crucial, but for targeted results, professional advice is best.

I've battled with hair fall, and what I learned is there's no magic bullet. First, get your blood tests done for iron, Vitamin D, B12, and thyroid. Often, deficiencies are the cause. Use a mild shampoo, avoid excessive heat styling, and eat plenty of protein. My dermatologist prescribed me minoxidil and specific supplements, which really helped.
