What to take for weight gain?

I've always been quite thin and everyone tells me to gain some weight. I try to eat more but nothing seems to work. What can I take or do for healthy weight gain?

Bro, same! I'm trying to gain weight too, it's harder than it looks. I usually just try to eat more of everything, especially healthy fats like peanut butter and bananas. And try to hit the gym for some weights, otherwise, it just goes to my tummy. But it's a slow process, yaar.

For healthy weight gain, it's a consistent surplus of calories, but from nutrient-dense foods. Focus on increasing protein intake with every meal, add healthy fats like nuts, seeds, and avocados, and complex carbs like brown rice or whole wheat. Combine this with strength training to build muscle, not just fat. Avoid just eating junk food.

If you're struggling with weight gain, it's important to rule out any underlying medical conditions first. A good doctor at a reputable hospital can conduct tests to check your thyroid, digestion, and other factors. They can then refer you to a nutritionist who can create a personalized, healthy diet plan for sustainable weight gain, avoiding unhealthy quick fixes.

Weight gain? Haha, my body decided to do that naturally with my sleep schedule. But if you're trying to gain *healthy* weight, that's a different beast. I've heard you need to eat more, sleep more, and stress less. My personal trick is just to breathe and watch TV, works every time for gaining inches around the waist. Just kidding, sort of.

Oh, weight gain can be tough! I've been there. What helped me was adding healthy snacks between meals, like nuts, dried fruits, and high-calorie smoothies with protein powder. Also, making sure I was eating enough healthy carbs and good fats. It's not just about eating more, but eating the right things consistently.

I used to be very underweight, so I understand the struggle. The key is consistent calorie surplus from nutritious foods. Don't just eat junk. Focus on protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats. Things like whole milk, paneer, nuts, seeds, chicken, eggs, and sweet potatoes. Also, do some resistance training; it helps convert those calories into muscle, not just fat. Be patient, it takes time.

I totally get it, wanting to gain weight in a healthy way is a real challenge for many! It's not as simple as just eating more sometimes. Focusing on nutrient-dense foods like avocados, nuts, healthy oils, and protein sources can really help. And remember to be patient with your body; progress takes time.

For weight gain, especially with a busy schedule, planning is key. I found it useful to prep high-calorie, healthy snacks like overnight oats with nuts and seeds, or making protein shakes for quick consumption. Increasing meal frequency and adding an extra small meal, even if it's just a banana with peanut butter, helps. Consistency over quick fixes.
