What to take for pregnancy sickness?

In my first trimester, I'm experiencing a lot of morning sickness, which sometimes lasts all day. It's hard to keep food down. What can I take for pregnancy sickness that's safe?

This is something I'm learning about. Does pregnancy sickness always mean vomiting, or can it just be feeling nauseous all the time? And are home remedies generally safe during this time, or should one always check with a doctor first?

Hey bestie! Pregnancy sickness is no joke, don't stress too much, it's super common. Try keeping some crackers by your bed and eating them before you even get up. Small, frequent meals and ginger candies might also help. But seriously, talk to your gynaecologist for proper advice!

Ho na, pregnancy sickness bahut difficult hoti hai. Meri friend ko toh subah se shaam tak rehti thi. She used to eat small, dry things like toast or chivda. And also, keep herself hydrated with nimbu paani. Lekin if it's too much, doctor ko dikhana hi padega.

Haan, pregnancy sickness mein bas light cheezein khao. Meri bhabhi ko toh bahut hoti thi. Sirf dry toast ya thodi khichdi kha paati thi. Aur haan, ginger ale bhi try kar sakte ho, na. Doctor se pooch lena ek baar, par ye sab commonly recommended hai.
