What to take for knee pain?

I injured my knee playing cricket a while back and it still acts up sometimes, especially in cold weather. The pain can be quite sharp. What can I take for knee pain to help manage it?

Knee pain can be such a bummer! 😩 My friend finds warm compresses and gentle stretches helpful. But serious pain definitely means a doc visit for a proper checkup! Get well soon! ✨

Oh my goodness, knee pain can be so worrying! I always think of the worst-case scenario. Please don't try to self-diagnose. It's so much better to get it properly checked by an orthopedic doctor so you know what's really going on and can get the right treatment. Hope you feel better soon!

Haan, knee pain toh bohot logon ko hota hai yaar. Main toh usually hot water bag laga leta hoon ya koi pain relief cream. Par agar zyada ho, ya swell ho jaaye, toh doctor ko dikhana hi padega na? Koi chota mota injury bhi ho sakta hai.

I had knee pain and panicked thinking it was something really bad, but turns out it was just a muscle strain from too much walking. So don't worry too much, but definitely get it checked by a doctor. They'll tell you if it's simple rest and physio or something else.

For knee pain, my grandmother used to say applying Nilgiri tel (eucalyptus oil) helps. It can give some temporary relief. But it's very important to see a doctor for diagnosis, especially if the pain is severe or not going away. They will know best.

Bro, knee pain is the worst, especially if you play sports. I usually just rest it for a day or two, apply some volini, and take an ice pack. But if it's constant, then it's serious, like my uncle had to get physio. So if it lasts, definitely see a doc.
