What to mix with chia seeds for weight loss?

I recently bought chia seeds to help with my weight loss journey. I usually just add them to water, but I'm looking for more interesting and effective ways. What can I mix with chia seeds for better weight loss results?

My nutritionist actually recommended chia seeds for satiety and fiber. She said to soak them in water overnight, then you can add them to smoothies, yogurt, or even mix them into your morning oats. For flavor without added sugar, add berries or a squeeze of lemon. They absorb a lot of liquid, so ensure you drink plenty of water throughout the day.

For weight loss, chia seeds are a good source of fiber. My wife uses them in her morning smoothie with some fruits and spinach. Or sometimes just soaked in water with a bit of lemon. They make you feel full so you don't overeat. Just make sure to drink enough water.

Chia seeds are a good natural addition. You can soak them in water or curd overnight, then add some fresh fruit like apple or banana. They swell up and make you feel full, so you eat less. But remember, for real weight loss, diet and exercise are key. If you have serious health issues, always ask your doctor.

My fitness app has tons of recipes using chia seeds for weight loss! Mostly, people soak them in almond milk to make a pudding, then add berries and nuts. Or throw them into a protein shake. The key is their fiber content, keeps you full. Just track your calories if you add extras.

Oh, I love chia seeds! For weight loss, I usually mix them with my morning yogurt and some chopped fruits like berries or mango. Sometimes I'll just put them in water with a squeeze of lemon and drink it up. They really help you feel full, so you don't snack unnecessarily.
