What to expect in 8th week of pregnancy?

I'm 8 weeks pregnant and the mood swings are quite intense, along with some morning sickness. Is this normal for this week? What other physical or emotional changes should I be expecting at this point? I sometimes feel very overwhelmed.

When my sister was 8 weeks, she had a lot of morning sickness and was super tired all the time. She also mentioned feeling a bit emotional. Everyone is different, but those were her main experiences at that stage.

I totally get it, 8 weeks can be a lot! You might feel exhausted and the nausea can be intense. Your breasts will probably be tender, and mood swings are very real. Just remember, your body is doing amazing work, so be gentle with yourself.

By 8 weeks, many women experience more prominent morning sickness and fatigue. Our elders always say eat well, simple food. But always listen to your doctor, dear. They will tell you what is best for your health and the baby's growth. Take care.

At 8 weeks, your first ultrasound might be coming up soon, which is exciting but also something to factor into your budget. Also, think about starting your prenatal vitamins if you haven't already; they can be a bit costly but are essential. Plan for those early doctor visits.

Eighth week is typically when symptoms like nausea, extreme fatigue, and breast tenderness are quite strong. You might also notice increased urination. It's completely normal as your body adjusts to pregnancy. Focus on staying hydrated and eating small, frequent meals. And definitely schedule your first prenatal check-up if you haven't yet!

At 8 weeks, your energy might be very low, and you may feel a lot of sickness. Try to rest as much as possible. A little bit of ginger in warm water might help with nausea, but always check with your doctor before trying any remedies.
