What to expect during week 7 of pregnancy?

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and the morning sickness is hitting me quite hard. Is this normal for this week? What other changes should I be expecting at this stage, both physically and emotionally? My friend told me to eat ginger, but it's not really helping.

Yaar, week 7 is when the morning sickness can really kick in, actually. You might feel super nauseous and tired. Breasts might be really sore. Just take it easy, eat small meals, and stay hydrated. It's a tough phase, but it usually passes, no?

My wife faced a lot of morning sickness at 7 weeks. We found that small, bland meals like toast or idli helped, and she'd snack on dry fruits. Also, hydration is key. Don't worry if your appetite is low, just try to get nutrients when you can. And lots of rest.

At 7 weeks, your little one is growing so fast! 🥰 You might be feeling more tired and maybe some morning sickness. It's all normal as your body is working hard! Try ginger tea for nausea and get lots of rest. You're doing great! ✨

At this tender stage of 7 weeks, your body is nurturing a new soul. You may feel tired or a little unwell, but hold onto positive thoughts. This is a sacred time. Rest, nourish yourself with love and simple foods, and trust in the divine process. All is well.

Week 7? That's still in the really early, sleepy, nauseous phase, right? My friend said she couldn't even stand the smell of her favourite food. Just ride it out, I guess, and binge-watch some shows while resting!

Week 7 is peak first-trimester symptoms for many. Expect significant fatigue, heightened sense of smell, nausea (often called 'morning sickness' but can happen any time), and breast tenderness. Your little one is developing rapidly! Focus on prenatal vitamins, staying hydrated, and eating small, frequent, bland meals to manage nausea. Hang in there, it gets better for most.

Having faced complications myself, I urge caution. While typical 7-week symptoms are nausea and fatigue, any severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, or dizziness should be immediately reported to your doctor. It's better to be safe and get checked than to wait if something feels off.

So at 7 weeks, the embryo is still super tiny, right? Like, fingernail size? Does it start developing organs already? I'm just curious about how fast everything changes inside at this stage.
