What to eat to reduce hair loss?

My hair has started thinning quite a bit, and I'm looking for natural ways to tackle hair loss. I heard that certain foods can make a difference. What should I include in my diet to help with this problem?

Hey! Don't stress too much about hair loss, it happens to everyone at some point. Just focus on eating protein, like eggs or chicken, and lots of greens. Also, walnuts and almonds are good for hair health, I've heard. Keep it simple and healthy!

Dude, hair loss is annoying! I just try to eat more eggs for breakfast and make sure I'm having dal with lunch. My mom also makes me eat a handful of soaked almonds. Not sure if it's working, but hey, gotta try something!

I had terrible hair loss after an illness. My doctor told me to focus on iron, zinc, and protein. I added more spinach, pumpkin seeds, and fish to my diet. Also, a good B-complex vitamin. It took a few months, but my hair definitely improved and felt stronger.

Hair loss can be a sign of deficiency, but getting all those blood tests can be expensive. Instead, try to get enough iron and protein from common, affordable foods like spinach, lentils, and eggs. Also, ensure you're drinking enough water. It's practical and won't break the bank.

Bhai, for hair loss, eat well. Protein is main, so eggs, chicken, daal. And green leafy vegetables, because iron is important. Stop eating junk and drink enough water. Simple hai, zyada sochna nahi. If still losing, consult a doc.
