What to eat to reduce hair fall?

Lately, I've been noticing a lot more hair fall than usual, especially when I comb my hair. Someone told me that diet plays a big role in hair health. What foods should I eat to help reduce hair fall?

Hair fall? Maybe my hair is just protesting my sleep schedule! Haha. Honestly, I try to get more protein from eggs and chicken. And probably more greens, but who has the time when you're half-asleep all the time? Anyway, less stress helps, I've heard.

I'm experiencing a lot of hair fall too and it's making me anxious. I heard about biotin, is that found in specific foods? And what about iron, does that also help? I'm trying to eat healthier but not sure where to start.

I totally get it, hair fall can be so demoralizing! It feels like you're losing a part of yourself. I found that ensuring I get enough iron and Vitamin D helped a lot. Also, eating healthy fats from nuts and seeds. Sometimes it's internal. Don't lose hope!

I can't give medical advice, but personally, I noticed less hair fall when I started eating more protein-rich foods like paneer, daal, and eggs regularly. Also, drinking amla juice (gooseberry) felt like it helped. Everyone's body is different though.

Same here, hair fall is such a common issue! I've been looking into it a lot. Many articles say a diet rich in protein (eggs, chicken, lentils), iron (spinach, dates), and omega-3s (flax seeds, fish) is very helpful. Also, try to get enough vitamin D from sunlight.

Haan, I used to panic so much about hair fall! My hair was everywhere. But my doctor said it's often due to stress or seasonal changes. She told me to eat enough protein, leafy greens, and take biotin. It's not always a huge problem, sometimes it settles down. Don't worry too much!

Oh God, hair fall is my biggest anxiety trigger! I keep counting strands. I try to eat more iron-rich foods like spinach and dates, and protein from sprouts. I also heard zinc is important. Do you think stress from overthinking also makes it worse? I really hope it gets better for you!
