What to eat to help hair loss?

I've noticed a lot more hair falling out recently, and it's making me quite worried. My grandmother said certain foods can strengthen hair. What kind of diet should I follow to help with hair loss?

Hey! I've been researching this a lot too. Apparently, biotin-rich foods like eggs, nuts, and sweet potatoes are really good. Also, iron and vitamin D deficiencies can cause hair fall, so check your levels. It's a whole science, ya know!

Oh, this is something I'm worried about too. My hair feels so thin lately. I heard protein is important for hair, like dals and paneer. Is that true? And do fruits help much, or only specific ones?

Look, I don't have much time for elaborate diets. I just try to ensure I get enough protein daily, usually from chicken or daal, and take a multivitamin. Stress is also a big factor, so try managing that too. Simple, practical steps are key.

Beta, hair fall is very common. Along with protein like eggs and sprouts, don't forget your greens. Spinach and curry leaves are excellent! My grandmother used to say, 'What you eat shows on your hair.' Drink enough water too, it helps everything.

My mother always tells me to eat more coconut and curry leaves for hair. They say it's very good for strength. But for serious hair loss, it's always best to consult a good doctor. Sometimes it's a thyroid issue also. Take care.

I totally get it, hair loss can be so stressful! It makes you feel so conscious. I found that eating more healthy fats like avocado and flax seeds, and reducing processed foods, made a difference. Also, less sugar! Hope you find what works for you.

Honestly, everyone on the internet has a 'miracle' cure. Before you try anything drastic or just keep changing your diet, please go see a dermatologist or your family doctor. They can run tests and tell you if it's a deficiency or something else. Don't self-diagnose!
