What to eat for hair loss?

I've been experiencing quite a bit of hair loss recently, more than usual. I'm wondering if there's anything I can add to my diet to help with this. What foods are good for promoting hair growth and preventing further loss?

Hair loss can be a sign of many things, so it's good to get a check-up. Diet-wise, focus on iron-rich foods like spinach, jaggery, and dates, and protein sources such as eggs, paneer, and lentils. Also, essential fatty acids from flaxseeds or walnuts are beneficial. Biotin and Vitamin D deficiencies are also common culprits, so consider those.

For hair loss, try to eat more green vegetables, especially palak. And also drink milk and eat nuts like badam. Drink enough water. Don't worry too much, just eat healthy.

I had a phase of extreme hair loss, and I totally panicked! Thought I'd go bald. But after consulting a doctor, I learned it was a vitamin deficiency. I started eating more eggs, leafy greens, and nuts. It took time, but my hair grew back thicker. So, don't panic, just focus on good nutrition and consult a specialist.

Hair loss, ugh! It's so disheartening. I usually try to sneak in a handful of nuts and seeds (flax, pumpkin, sunflower) into my smoothies or salads. And honestly, having a yummy paneer bhurji for breakfast feels like a treat that's also good for my hair. Anything for good hair, right? 😉

Hair fall ka problem toh kitna common hai na. Ho na, I also faced it. I started eating more sprouts and leafy greens like palak. Aur haan, protein is super important, so daal and eggs. Try to keep your stress low also. Sab achha ho jayega, don't worry too much.

Hey, hair loss can be really disheartening, I understand. But instead of focusing on quick fixes, try to nourish your body from within. Make sure you're eating a balanced diet with enough protein, vitamins, and minerals. Think about adding seeds like flax and chia. And a little less stress also goes a long way for overall health, including hair.

Hair loss sometimes indicates underlying health issues. As someone managing BP, I know how important regular checkups are. Ensure your diet is rich in essential nutrients, especially protein and iron. And manage stress, which can affect both hair and BP. But please, if it's significant, consult a doctor to rule out any serious conditions.

I ignored my hair loss for too long, thinking it was just stress. Turned out I had severe anemia and thyroid issues. So please, if you have significant hair loss, get yourself checked by a doctor. Don't just try home remedies. Eating iron-rich foods and protein is good, but identifying the root cause is crucial.

Don't fall for every 'magic food' for hair loss you see online or hear from people. Most hair loss is due to underlying issues like stress, genetics, or hormonal imbalances. While a balanced diet with protein, iron, and vitamins is good, it won't fix everything. See a dermatologist or trichologist, they'll give you proper advice, not just random food tips.

For hair loss, you NEED to boost your protein and iron intake. Eggs, fish, chicken (if you eat non-veg), lentils, paneer, and spinach are your go-to. Also, don't forget good fats from nuts and avocados. Hydration is also key. Cut down on junk and sugary drinks.
